Creating a stronger connection between how customers shop in store and online.

By breaking down the traditional Argos counter and allowing staff to interact freely with customers, the store allows for a more natural interaction. The technology has been designed to put the store staff to the fore, giving them ownership of the space which results in a happier workforce and a better experience for the customer.

Role
From pitch to execution, my team and I worked with the Interior and Graphics teams at Dalziel and Pow, alongside the stakeholders at Argos, to deliver this digital transformation of the well known high street brand.
